At Piyama, we want you to love your new fashion pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and including the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Parcel
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
